The Garden of Eden
is one of a series of 40 to 50 paintings depicting 'the systems' that we developed through the use of the bible. These paintings all have names, they start with the inception, when the earth was first created with the water, land and man. They progress to the Garden of Eden and continue on through all the different stories from the bible that we are taught to understand and practice throughout our lives.

The female in the Garden of Eden is at a crucial point in her life, making a decision as to whether she should start to become educated with the use of the so called symbol of the apple. The male in the foreground of the painting, is shown dominated by a colored circle emerging out of a tree. This circle represents the god like structures he is going to adhere to.
