Color span of Manhattan - according to the architecture development of the 1960's

In this large and dynamic piece Manhattan is the focal point. The different colors represent the spectrum of hierarchical structures in life and of mans achievements. The color yellow, represents the pinnacle of mans development, here we see churches, hospitals and monuments representing spiritual thinking as well as physical care for human beings.
The schools and higher institutions of learning are in the green panels. The reds show the less seemly side of life; the bars, the 'honkytonks' and the various forms of entertainments, which we select but may be harmful to us. On the outer sides of the screen and to the upper level we see a divergence from solid ground to rivers over which stretch Manhattans magnificent bridges. In the distance and to the right, is the Queens section of New York, New Jersey is on the left. Observe the stretching of the Empire State building and the Chrysler building, this elongation represents the extent to which we had to overcome indolence to be able to build higher and higher.
